Its Your Draft. Your draft is a note taking site that lets you create a note with no sign-up just create your note and remember the url and anyone with that url can edit or view your note.

You can simmit your e-mail for e-mailing you the url of you note. Also each note gets two urls on for re-editing and one for viewing. And its free too..!
